General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Ava Jerome (Maura West) may make some money and custody demands in the coming episodes.

Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may find themselves backed into a blackmail corner, so let’s talk about Ava’s upper hand.

Once Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) woke up and told Ava that his brakes failed, she decided to do a little digging at the mechanic’s shop.

Ava got confirmation that the brakes were cut, so now she knows someone made a deliberate move to mess with the car.

Of course, Ric just remembered Kristina being at the scene of the crash, which doesn’t line up with the story she told Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) about being in the stockroom all night.

If Ric tries to spread his version of events, Molly may assume her dad’s brain is simply jumbled from the wreck.

It’s also possible Ric will choose to hide Kristina’s presence that evening – at least until he can talk to Ava and figure out more information.

It looks like Ava will indeed reconvene with Ric so they can trade info.

After Ava spills that Ric’s brakes were cut, he may point the finger at Kristina since she was there at the crash site.

Ava and Ric are smart enough to realize Kristina must’ve cut the wrong brakes because he was parked in Ava’s spot. From there.

This is just the type of leverage Ava’s been looking for, so she’ll take advantage of Kristina’s blunder.

Ric may give Ava the green light and consider this a good way to get back at Kristina without hurting Molly any more than she’s already been hurt.

Whatever the case, Ava is tired of being broke – and she’s fed up with Sonny always trying to run the Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) custody show.

When Ava went to Sonny hoping for $2 million, it turned into him trying to reduce her time with Avery and launched a big fight.

Now that she’s armed with this horrible secret, Ava may push for more millions and make it clear that she won’t be pushed around regarding Avery custody anymore.

Ava may make some fierce demands that leave Kristina reeling soon enough.

Kristina will eventually deliver an emotional plea to Sonny, so she may beg her dad to go along with what Ava’s pushing for.

It may be Kristina’s only hope of staying out of prison and preserving her restored bond with Molly.
