Kim Kardashian’s lush $70 million Malibu mansion is at risk as wildfires rage across Los Angeles, threatening thousands and destroying homes.

Kim, who nabbed the prime Pacific Coast Highway property in 2022 and hailed it as her “dream home” on her series The Kardashians, might see her investment go up in smoke.

The expansive pad, previously Cindy Crawford’s, boasts a 5,000 square-foot residence, pristine gardens, and sweeping sea vistas. After sinking millions into updates, including a fresh gray roof, Kim’s coastal retreat now sits perilously close to the Olivas and Palisades fires, with the area choked by dense fumes.

Hurricane-strength winds continue to stoke the Los Angeles wildfires that forced tens of thousands of residents to evacuate their homes.

Blocked roads and vehicle abandonments have marked the chaotic escape efforts of residents. While the 43-year-old usually stays north in Hidden Hills with her brood, close to another evacuation area, authorities are advising locals to stay alert.

Kim’s pal Paris Hilton watched on the news as her waterfront Malibu home was reduced to ash by the devastating wildfires.

Khloe Kardashian, too, voiced fears about the flames nearing their Calabasas digs, lamenting on Twitter: “To all the firefighters and first responders. Thank you for your unwavering dedication and courage in the face of these devastating fires in CA.”

She continued her heartfelt thanks, seeking divine intervention: “Your selflessness, resilience, and tireless efforts to protect lives and communities are deeply appreciated. Praying strongly that these winds die down and no more homes are lost. This is so sad and scary!”

Kim and her family have commended the firefighters combating the wildfires, as Red Flag Warnings persist, with wind gusts hitting up to 100 mph.
