Friday January 24, 2024: Tracy bans Drew from the grounds, Jack opens up to Carly, and Curtis won’t listen to Drew.
Thursday’s GH recap: Ava and Ric shared a passionate Kiss, Laura agreed to meet Sidwell, and Cody stayed in the drunk tank.
Frustrated Carly nearly smashes a bottle in her hotel room in Baden-Baden. Jack arrives. He offers to leave if she’s not up for a visit.
Carly invites him in and they agree to order room service.

She fills him in on Michael being in the clinic and her having to stay away. It’s hard, but she has to put her son first.
She’s been really emotional. He says this is the time for that.
Carly feels responsible since she brought Sonny into her son’s life. She explains the complications around Michael’s early years and the dangers she put into his life.

Jack thinks she’s being too hard on herself and there’s no point in dwelling on mistakes from the past.

He tells her about a mission that went wrong and chokes up about a friend he lost. There’s no point in obsessing over that.

She knows the past can’t be changed and dwelling on it does no good.

He offers to chauffeur her to the clinic.
Nina shows up at the gatehouse with breakfast for Willow.
Her daughter immediately tells her she’s afraid she made a huge mistake.

Tracy barges in, not thrilled to see Nina. The three of them begin bickering and Willow accuses Tracy of not even liking her kids.
She makes it clear she can have the charges against her reinstated.

Tracy thinks that Willow is smitten with Drew’s phony heroism. She’s proven herself untrustworthy. “I think there’s a little more of Nelle in you than we realized,” she says.

Willow insists she’s trying to compromise and threatens to walk away with the kids.

Tracy says that if she stays, Drew isn’t allowed on the property. He’s banned permanently.
Once she exits, Nina compliments her on standing up to Tracy. Willow doesn’t think staying is a good idea and she should move back in with her mom.
Nina admires all the effort she’s making and sure that things will end amicably. She promises to be there all the time.

Drew goes to see Curtis, who can’t imagine what they have to talk about. He reminds him they used to be friends.

Curtis is sure that whatever he’s thinking won’t work for him. Drew reminds him of all they’ve been through.
He doesn’t like not having controlling interest in the company he started and wants it back. He offers to set up a buy.

It sounds to Curtis like he’s cutting Michael out.
Drew says he already has wealth beyond belief and assures Curtis he will honor his contract.
Curtis would rather resign than take his deal. They bicker about betrayal and Curtis admits he doesn’t even recognize the man standing in front of him now.

Drew tries to justify his relationship with Willow and insists they have a real connection.
He reminds Curtis that his marriages didn’t last either.

The congressman wishes he’d stuck by Curtis in the past. Curtis says that he trusts Michael’s business sense better than his and isn’t shifting.
Drew threatens to use his political power to sink the company. Curtis orders him out.
