Kim Kardashian is nursing a serious injury. The 44 year old influencer is now getting around on crutches and took to her socials to share her woes. She posted a pic of her foot all wrapped up in a black medical boot with the caption: “FML. Broken my foot for the holidays.” Her fans are left in the dark about how she got hurt, but just yesterday she was all smiles hosting a party for her son’s birthday. Saint, who she shares with her ex Kanye West, turned nine and Kim couldn’t help but share a loving tribute online.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, she said: “My birthday boy Saint turns 9 today. I was going through my photos and most of our pics are snuggling cuddling pics. I always wanna believe that my little man will be this snuggly forever! So cheers to one of my soulmates for being the sweetest boy. Happy birthday. I love you.” Kim confessed last month on her close friend Zoe Winkler’s What The Winkler? podcast that she feels like a single parent. Zoe described Kim’s parenting situation as “insane,” to which the reality star agreed, “Yeah.”

Kim also confided in Zoe, who is a mum herself, that she doesn’t often discuss her experiences raising her children due to the “a lot of judgment” it attracts. You and I have mostly connected on parenting and judgment, and you know, feeling like sometimes you’re in this alone,” she revealed. Kim further admitted that she is “basically raising four kids by [herself] here.”

The reality TV star continued to express that she feels like a “pit stop of a race car driver” because of the numerous responsibilities she has to juggle, leading to feelings of being overwhelmed.

“Even though we have great support systems and we have people around us, but sometimes in the middle of the night when [the kids are] all sleeping in your bed, kicking you and crying and waking up, like, it is…,” she said, before trailing off.

“It’s not something I talk about a lot because I feel like there is always a lot of judgment. Or people will always jump to the, ‘Oh, but you have the resources to have nannies and to have help.'”

Just last week, Kim was showing off her figure in a tight white number, but it was another detail that had everyone talking. Fans called her out for allegedly photoshopping her pic – her reflection in the mirror looked different, causing a stir among her followers, reports the Daily Star.

A user on the KUWTK Snark subreddit pointed it out, saying: “Mirror, Mirror on the Wall. Oops! She forgot to photoshop the mirror. Reality photobombed her Photoshop ph–kery,” while another said: “The mirror doesn’t lie.” A third commented: “Everybody grab your popcorn and tune in to see how this show ends.”
